All of our products are high-quality solid sterling silver which means your jewellery will not tarnish, deteriorate or turn your skin green.

The natural oxidation process of silver highlights the details of the piece and is part of the experience of owning KRSTL jewellery. 

We do recommend you follow these tips to keeping your jewellery in pristine condition:

• Keep in the supplied dust bag when not in use.
• Remove before showering, swimming and exercise.
• Polish with supplied KRSTL polish cloth.
• Avoid directly spraying with chemicals like deodorant, perfumes and colognes.
• Do not apply pressure/ compress any rings to prevent deforming which can impact the size and design of the piece.

Sterling silver cleaning process:

To clean your sterling silver pieces at home, follow these directions:

1. Make a paste using baking soda and water.
2. Use a pea-sized amount of the paste on your silver and polish.
3. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush for cracks and crevices.
4. Run your jewelry under warm water and polish with a clean cloth.

Alternatively:

1. Mix up a bit of dish soap with warm water and dip in a cloth. 
2. Rub the piece of silver with the soapy cloth. 
3. Rinse it with cold water.
4. Polish with supplied KRSTL polish cloth.
